Registration
Participation to the Congress is free. No fee has to be paid.
The only event which is not free is the final Gala Dinner
Registration Form has to be faxed not beyond July 26th 2001.

Delegate registration includes:

• Certificate of Attendance
• Welcome Cocktail
• Refreshment break
• Access to all Scientific Sessions and to the Commercial and Technical Exhibition
• One copy of the Final Programme/Abstracts Book

Accompanying persons registration includes:

Please send the Registration Form, by fax only, duly filled out and in the case of Final Gala Dinner reservation enclose payment or proof of it to:

The Congress Secretariat will process the registration form and issue the relevant confirmation letter.
In the case of Final Gala Dinner payment, the confirmation letter and invoice will be issued only when the payment fee has been received.

Payment (for Final Gala Dinner only)
Gala Dinner fee in Italian Liras may be paid according to one of the following methods:

Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express) with card holder name, number, and expiration date written or typed clearly. Please be sure to complete the form with the card holder's signature.

Non-transferrable cheque made out to Triumph P.R. srl in Italian Liras only. Please, enclose the registrant's name and address written or typed clearly, stating ROME IEB 2001.

Bank draft, in Italian Liras only, payable to Triumph P.R. srl (enclosed to the Registration Form) Banca delle Marche S.p.A.- Rome Branch Via Romagna, 17 Rome - Italy Account No 19048 - Bank Sort Codes (ABI) 6055.8 (CAB) 03200.3 Please, enclose the registrant's name and address written or typed clearly, stating ROME IEB 2001.
Bank administration charge is at the expenses of the transmitter.

Cancellations and Refunds (for Final Gala Dinner only)
Any cancellation must be sent in writing to the Congress Secretariat Triumph P.R.
Final Gala Dinner cancellation will be subject to the following conditions:
75% by March 16th, 2001
30% by May 18th, 2001
No refund after this date
Please note that all refunds will be processed after completion of the Congress only.
Refund requests must be received by the Congress Secretariat not later than September 4, 2001.

Final Gala Dinner (to be paid) that will take place at "Fantasie di Trastevere", typical roman restaurant located in the heart of Rome.

How to register to Social Events
Please fill in and complete the Registration Form ticking the box to indicate the events you wish to participate to. The Final Gala Dinner only is not free and payment proof has to be enclosed when faxing back the Registration Form to confirm your participation. A confirmation letter (together with an invoice in the event the Gala Dinner has been paid) will be issued by the Secretariat Office.

Hotel Accommodation
The Congress Secretariat has reserved a number of rooms in different price categories through Triumph P.R. Hotel Booking Department. All Hotels are located at walking dinstance from the Congress venue. The area is located downtown and very well served by both underground and public transportation.

Low Cost Accomodation
Student's cells
For low prices accommodation the Hotel Booking Department has reserved n° 20 rooms in the congress venue building. The University's convent has the possibility to host Workshop's delegates in very simple single rooms with common bathrooms.

For this kind of accommodation please contact directly the Hotel Booking Department to obtain the relevant information for rooms availability, prices and location. Considering that September is a busy month for tourism in Rome we recommend an early reservation.
