Registration for the IEB workshop is performed by submitting the registration form and by payment of the registration fee.

ieb2009@umcutrecht.nl.
The registration fee depends on category, as explained in the table below. All categories include welcome reception, program book and refreshments. Students (PhD, MSc, graduate, resident) pay a reduced fee.
The receipt will refer to the category label (A-D).

Conference dinner fee for accompanying guest: € 50.
Please note:
- Deadline for early registration is August 16. After that date € 50 will be added to the fee.
- The basic fee is not refundable. The lunches and dinner are refundable if cancelled before September 1.
- On-site registration will not be possible.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to stop registration when full capacity has been reached (250 participants).
